ABOUT
JOE PERLMUTTER
I was brought up in Denver in a real estate
family (my father was a home builder who built approximately 1,000
homes in the Denver Area) and was afforded the opportunity to watch
Denver grow over the past 40+ years.

Educated
in the Denver Public Schools and having attended the University
of Colorado where I studied engineering, and at Santa Monica
City College where I studied Real Estate, I continued on
the path that many in my extended family took and became
a Real Estate Broker in 1975 and an Appraiser in 1986 and
am currently a Certified Residential Appraiser in Colorado. |

I enjoy spending
time with my wife of 35 years, Shelli, as well as with our grown
son Bryan. I am an avid golfer, bowler and have been accused
of being a workaholic. The Real Estate Profession gives me much
joy and satisfaction by allowing me to assist many people in
finding their own happiness.
